This is the boat I am in; I wrote grants for a decade before GPCI first offered certifications in 2008 (GPA of Lower Hudson, n.d.), Grant Professional Certification Institute The GPCI administers the nationally recognized GPC credential to grant professionals. so I never got around to it. But that's about to change (keep reading!).

As fundraising and grant professionals, we ask for money every day. There are named scholarships provided by specific donors, as well as general scholarships to pay for the GPC exam made possible by individual donations, GPCI, and GPF. Second, the GPCI and GPA communities are amazing. You never know what will happen next.

Grant Professionals Certification Exam and CMP Renewal Scholarships (Open April 1 st to 30 th): GPF partners with the Grant Professionals Certification Institute (GPCI) to offer eligible grant professionals assistance with the cost of the GPC TM Credentialing Exam. The first scholarship cycle of 2024 opens on February 1 st.
