My current routine for my internship with Uganda Development and Health Associates has become pretty normal for me. Every Sunday, we organize a meeting with the entire team. During this meeting, we discuss what work needs to be done for the week and distribute roles to each team member. Depending on the timeframe and urgency of each task, I typically distribute my portion of work Monday through Thursday with occasional meetings with my smaller subgroup of volunteers throughout the week.
