The grant administrator did not approve that purchase because it went outside the bounds of the grant which was to teach the mechanics of additive manufacturing and build a curriculum. Ethics in the grant world can be subjective. We need to consistently return to GPA’s guidance and resources to assist us with ethical judgement calls.
