After attending a workshop on design thinking, I chose to apply it to my own work. Initially, sticky notes were used to document each step of the grant process. The result was the creation of the Dynamic Grants Manual—a comprehensive resource that furthered its initial purpose. The manual doesn’t need special graphics.
