In this article, Ill reflect on three conferences I attended in 2024 (apart from GrantSummit ) and offer several takeaways that aim to help grant consultants thrive. From these conferences, recurring themes emerged that resonated with me, including teamwork, clarity, scalability, and preventing burnout. We see our needs being met.
