Will Windows 8 Work on an Old Computer?

To test just how well Windows 8 worked on our 10-year-old computer, we: Ran all of the applications in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote) — at the same time. With all that going, I flipped around to all the different applications and browser windows and found no delays or blurry pixelation.
