BBB Standard #19 requires companies to disclose the following information at the point of solicitation: (a) the actual or anticipated portion of the purchase price that will benefit the charity; (b) the duration of the promotion; and (c) any maximum or guaranteed minimum amount to be paid to the charity, if applicable.
