Rest for the Weary

One thing I've realized in 2025 is that I need more rest to go on and maintain a sliver of hope. So, the simplest practice I'm engaging in is making sure I'm getting up from my desk several times a day to avoid burnout. But doing so protects you from burnout, we must be as gentle to ourselves as we are to others.
